Support One Another

A few weeks ago, over 300 people attended the U.S. Great Escape+ trip in Punta Cana, Dominican Republic. We were unable to attend, but we heard from many people that it was a resounding success! During the trip, attendees learned from several 4Life leaders, including Platinum International Diamonds Juan Rosado and Damaris Zapata, and Gold International Diamonds José Martín and Zoraida Rosado, Ileana and Hugo Johnson, and Rob Robertston, III.

As part of her speech, Damaris spoke about the importance of supporting your spouse in building a 4Life business. She shared that even if you are not personally building on a full-time basis, it's critical to still support your full-time spouse. "It's so hard to deal with challenges in the field and then have your spouse complain at home," Damaris shared. "Your spouse's support is like fuel for your airplane."

Damaris also spoke about the gentle way in which Juan encouraged her to become more involved in their 4Life business. "He told me it was ok if I didn't want to build a business, but he asked me to come with him to meetings. At every meeting, the speakers planted a seed in me. And at every meeting, Juan asked me to say a few words. Little by little, I started to break away from my shyness."

We love this! No matter your situation, supporting your spouse in his or her dreams is extremely important. We also think it's great that Juan allowed Damaris to go at her own pace and learn that 4Life could be the perfect opportunity to achieve her own dreams. Juan and Damaris are a great example of a couple that dreams together and then works together to make those dreams come true!

Damaris Zapata addresses the audience during the U.S. Great Escape+ trip.

Juan Rosado and Damaris Zapata are ready to dance the night away at the Great Escape+ closing reception.

Spring Cleaning for Your Business

In the United States, spring weather is here! We love the concept of spring cleaning. It comes at a time when we're ready for a fresh start. Because it's usually not too hot or too cold, it's an ideal time to clean your house and discover things you didn't remember you had!

What about doing spring cleaning for your 4Life® business? This could be a great opportunity for you to take stock of what's working and what's not, and try out new ideas in the weeks and months ahead.

1. Clean up clutter.
Is your home office more messy than functional? Take a few hours one day and clear out the clutter. When you organize your space, it helps you work efficiently and productively. Likewise, are there any business-building strategies that you should let go? Clear out what isn't working well to make room for new ideas and new ways of doing things.

2. Revisit your dreams.
When was the last time you took time to really think about your dreams? If you're focused on the day-to-day of building a business, it's easy to lose sight of the goals you're working to accomplish. Take the opportunity to revisit your dreams and recommit to what's most important to you.

3. Try out a new approach.
With your business free of clutter, you're ready to try out new strategies. Are there 4Life marketing tools you've never tried before? What about new ways of introducing people to 4Life products and the financial opportunity? Try out something new that could be great in the long run.

With these tips, you can plant (literally and figuratively) the seeds of what will become a rich harvest for the future!

You Ask, We Answer!

Welcome to the first installment of "You Ask, We Answer!" Once a month, we'll answer questions from you, our 4Life distributors. Stay tuned to the 4Life Research USA Facebook page for your next chance to ask questions!

Sonny Amalo from Indonesia asks, "Hello, David and Bianca. I want to ask you why you chose to sell your product with direct selling."

Thanks for your question, Sonny. We chose network marketing (direct selling) as the model for sharing 4Life Transfer Factor® for three reasons. First, we knew that nothing like it had ever been in the marketplace before. So, sharing it would require person-to-person education. Second, we knew that because 4Life Transfer Factor is a high-impact product, people would naturally want to share it with their friends and family members. Why not have them benefit financially from sharing those benefits with others?

Third, we love that in network marketing, we can't succeed unless we help others do the same. This fits in so perfectly with our Together, Building People® mission. We love network marketing because we can provide fantastic products, help people achieve success all over the world, and facilitate meaningful service wherever 4Life does business.
