Building Lives Through 4Life Science

David Lisonbee, Shauna Young, Bianca Lisonbee, Steve Tew, and Doug Young

Our last blog entry featured Rolando Garcia’s story of building a 4Life business based on the 4Life pillar of Success. Today we would like to tell you about Shauna K. Young, CTN, Ph.D., a distributor who also recently visited our office. She was attracted to 4Life because of the strength of our Science.

Dr. Young is a Certified Traditional Naturopath. She has served as the owner and director of the Assertive Wellness Center in Durango, Colorado, since 2001. The AWC combines consultation in naturopathic medicine, nutrition, pain management, and their cutting-edge BioBaseLine Assessment Program. The center is one of the most successful of its kind. Shauna and her brother, Doug, office manager for AWC, are committed supporters of 4Life Transfer Factor products. Their experiences have shown that when you strengthen the immune system, you’re better able to promote the health of the entire body.

The use of 4Life Transfer Factor is a key component in Shauna’s patient protocol. She has clients from 49 states in the U.S. and many countries around the world. We really enjoyed listening to her great success stories and getting a sense of her passion for giving people the right tools to support their health. It was inspiring to be reminded of the extraordinary support our products provide, and the powerful impact they make in the lives of people throughout the world.

In both 2006 and 2007, Dr. Young was the recipient of the Distinguished Award of Excellence from the internationally-recognized Global Foundation for Integrative Medicine. She has also been knighted into the international order of the prestigious humanitarian group, Sovereign Medical Order of the Knights Hospitaller. (We’ve never before met a woman who has been knighted!)

We thoroughly enjoyed visiting with Shauna and Doug, two more examples of the incredible people that are part of our 4Life family. Together, we really are using the pillars of Science, Success, and Service to build the lives of people all over this planet.

It is such an honor to be associated with all of you.

Invest in your dreams at illuminate ’09!

Rolando and Nohemi García

This week we had a chance to host 4Life International Diamond Rolando García at the Home Office. At 26 years old, he is one of the youngest International Diamonds in the world. We were all inspired as he shared the sacrifices he made to attend 4Life Convention 2006, and how that event blessed his life. He raffled off a TV so he could rent a van and drive 36 hours from Brownsville, Texas, to Salt Lake City, Utah. He said it was a miracle that the van made it.

It would have been a lot easier for Rolando to go to convention after his 4Life business was more successful. It really wasn't practical to make the trip without a car, money, and time off from his job. But as Rolando said, "When the dream is big enough, the facts don't matter." Rolando understood that there is no better way to catapult your 4Life business to success than by attending convention. He brought three people in 2006. He brought 40 people in 2007. For illuminate '09, he has chartered a plane and is planning on bringing 500 people. Rolando said, "That's the power of convention!"

Rolando also noted, "We tend to make the most important decisions of our lives during the most difficult times." Making the decision to start 4Life wasn't easy, but we knew that anything truly worthwhile requires an investment. Whether an emotional or financial investment, we must give something in order to get something in return. Aren't your dreams worth it?

To those who might think it's just not practical to join with us in Orlando, remember that your dreams are much bigger than the facts. If you're in a difficult place in your life right now, it's even more important to come to convention, tap into its power, and change your life for the better.

We look forward to seeing all of you in Orlando in May!

Happy New Year!

We are thrilled to start off a brand-new year with the first entry for our brand-new blog! We decided to start this blog in an effort to keep you “posted” on the exciting things happening every day concerning the Science, Success, and Service of 4Life. Things are happening so fast that it isn’t enough to just communicate them via our regular channels! In introducing this blog, we invite you to travel with us and witness the amazing growth of 4Life organizations throughout the world.

We hope you will enjoy reading our thoughts about the people, places, philosophies, and events of 4Life as we experience them. Our goal is to post a new message every Friday.

Let’s make this one more way to fulfill our mission of Together, Building People। Happy New Year!
