It's so exciting to watch distributors achieve Gold International Diamond status, especially right here in the United States. We're so proud of José and Odalis for the way in which they've taken to heart the Together, Building People mission. Congratulations!

We were introduced to 4Life by Presidential Diamond Dr. Pedro Torres. At the time, we were going through a very rough economic period. My wife and I were new immigrants to the United States and things weren't easy. We decided to enter the network marketing industry because we believed that it can be an effective way for people to get out of poverty and help them become leaders.

Because of 4Life, my life has undergone an extraordinary and radical change. What I have achieved in the past five years has been wonderful. I thank God for giving me the opportunity to do this business. I had a burning desire to change my lifestyle and I never gave up on chasing my dreams.

As a 4Life leader, I teach my distributors to develop their maximum potential. I'm motivated to succeed by my family, the leaders in my downline and upline, and the dreams I want to achieve. Be the One to Act

Dr. Wayne Dyer is one of our favorite authors. In his book, Inspiration: Your Ultimate Calling, he tells about eating at a mall court with his teenagers when a young boy walking by with a tray full of food stumbled. The food went flying all over the floor. The boy's parents came to his aid and the restaurant owner replaced all of the food at no cost. The odd thing was that no one made an effort to clean up the food that became a nuisance and even a hazard.

Finally, Dr. Dyer took it upon himself to clean up the mess and dispose of it. Seeing this, an observer came to the table and told Dr. Dyer's children that they had just been given a great lesson by their father. She told them that their father had demonstrated what it means to be a caring, helpful citizen and human being. She said that his one small act had inspired her.

How often in our lives do we not take the initiative to act when we see a need? What stops us? Maybe we feel that it is not our problem, or that someone else will take care of it? Perhaps we even feel a little foolish. But kindness and taking the initiative to help are never foolish.

There are so many examples of people in our 4Life family who do all the little things that often go unnoticed but are so powerful in our efforts to build people. We want to re-commit ourselves to be the kind of people who see a need and don't hesitate to do whatever we can to help make a difference. We challenge you to do the same.

We are so excited to see the amazing growth of 4Life in Venezuela. This is due in large part to dynamic leaders such as Jhonny Aguilar Pinto and Betzaida Cova de Aguilar. We are so happy to congratulate them on their success and we know that they will continue to achieve great things.

Platinum International Diamond Juan Rosado planted in me the vision of freedom. Through him I learned about the charisma, confidence, and humility that are needed to achieve success. Thanks to his commitment, I was able to understand that people would do what they saw me doing, not just what I told them to do. I always keep in mind Juan’s words to “build a solid network.” This taught me not to focus my mind on the amount of my check, but rather, to learn to develop the character and the professionalism of a network marketing businessman.

During my first few years, I did everything I could in order to maintain and cover the basic needs of my home. In order to become financially free, I knew I had to sacrifice. I spent three years of hard, constant work, investing time and dedication in taking a message of freedom to people. In my fourth year, I reached Presidential Diamond and a year later, International Diamond. With those ranks came the cars, the homes, and the material goods. But the most important thing was that we learned to work together as a team.

None of this success would have been possible without my dear and deeply appreciated Venezuelan leaders who believed in themselves and in the dream of becoming free. My recognition and gratitude goes to these valiant Venezuelan warriors. I have learned in life that you can never be too thankful and today, I can say that our fulfilled goals have been due to the support of many people who helped us achieve this vision and develop this opportunity to the max.

I was introduced to 4Life in 2003 after a presentation by Platinum International Diamond Ángel Molina at the home of my friend and sponsor Presidential Diamond Daniel Isai Canales Tirado. I saw that my dreams could become a reality, but I wasn't sure if I could believe it. I decided to sign up because my friend Isai believed in me. He said, "We've searched for success together, and I didn't want to find it and then not tell you about it." That's how I ended up making the decision to join what was an unknown world for me—the world of network marketing.

I have been able to serve as an example for others who believe in themselves and want to reach their full potential. My success is a map for others. I feel a great responsibility being the first Gold International Diamond in central Florida. There are many families that lean on my shoulders with their dreams, hopes, and goals. My commitment is to be a bridge so that all leaders can see a model that they can follow.

I speak to people who are searching for their freedom, but cannot find someone to guide them. I go from home to home, country to country, and person to person to share the message of Together, Building People, and the philosophy of a team that is making a difference in the future of families who want to find success. Being a leader is about staying when others leave, continuing when others quit, dreaming when others stop, and being who you set out to be, even when nobody is looking.

We just returned from the amazing Powered by Platinums event in Anaheim, California. It was phenomenal to hear from several of our Platinum International Diamonds and learn from their vast knowledge and expertise. It was also wonderful to see so many of you for the first time after serving our mission in Italy. We loved having the chance to see you in person, recognize your achievements, and thank you for your dedication to 4Life. We love our distributors so much!

During the event, we announced our newest Platinum International Diamonds, Ángel Molina and Ivelisse López of Puerto Rico! How fitting that this announcement was made at an event that spotlights our Platinum International Diamonds and helps others realize that they can also reach this prestigious goal. It was like being at a conference about parenting and having the birth of a new baby occur!

We are so thrilled for Ángel and Ivelisse and congratulate them on this high achievement. They are truly an inspiration to others. Even though they have experienced the kind of discouragement that so many distributors do, they never lost sight of what was possible.
