Jeff and Michelle are two of the most passionate 4Life distributors. They have worked hard to build a global business. Their enthusiasm is contagious and they are the kind of people who make friends with people they meet all over the world. We encourage everyone to get to know them. They are both very talented musically and have a beautiful family. It is a pleasure to spotlight them!

I initially started developing my 4Life business over 12 years ago after my previous career as a small-business owner fell apart. As I began looking at other options, I considered a network marketing business. I knew people who had made some serious money with it. I decided it was the only way I was ever going to get back on my feet financially.

I had heard about 4Life from some former colleagues, and also spoke with my friend, Platinum International Diamond Dave Daughtrey. After hearing good things about the products and learning more about Founders David and Bianca Lisonbee, I decided 4Life was the right company for me.

Since I couldn't afford a phone, my sponsor was gracious enough to give me a cell phone. I couldn't get any reception in my house, so I would drive up to a farmer's field to make phone calls, spreading my notes out on the hood. I was three months behind on my car payment and even had the electricity in my house turned off. My business grew as I spent time traveling to countries such as South Korea, Philippines, Singapore, Malaysia, China, Taiwan, and India.

When it comes to being a leader, it's not about you; it's about your team. Having good character is one of the most crucial aspects of being a leader. You need to be someone who keeps your word, follows through, and is dependable. I strive to remain committed to my team's success and let my distributors know I care about their businesses.

4Life has given me the chance to focus on family. In the beginning, I was taking care of the immediate needs. But as a result of my travels, I met Michelle and that really changed my life. We now enjoy life together in Tennessee with our children Micah, Alexander, and Arthur. I also have a grown daughter, Julia, who lives in Georgia. The most important thing I enjoy now is our family life with our children.

If you maintain your passion, amazing things can happen. I am grateful for the 4Life opportunity and for the many wonderful things I have experienced while sharing the 4Life philosophy of Together, Building People.

4Life Is the Perfect Formula

Three years ago, I came to the United States from Seville, Spain. When I lived in Spain, I worked at important corporate positions, but never felt fulfilled. After arriving in the USA, I got jobs working in a library and a restaurant in Miami. I worked 17 hours a day, rented a room, and barely got by. I didn't speak English and my educational qualifications, training, and work experience didn't transfer over from Spain.

Two and a half years ago, I was introduced to the 4Life opportunity by International Diamond Melanio Valdes. At the time I was skeptical, but I had enough faith to sign up as a Leader4Life. At that moment, my dreams and goals became real. I really believe that 4Life is a phenomenon. It is tearing down walls and boundaries. With 4Life, there are no different nationalities, only one family that provides service and love. There are no different paths, only one path—success. 4Life is the perfect formula for combining diversity and plurality into unity.

I am grateful to the International Networkers Team. I have attended two Great Escape+ trips and I was a contest winner for the illuminate '09 convention. And earlier this year, thanks to the collaboration of my entire team, I achieved the International Diamond level. I want to thank all those who have helped my growth and progress. My success is the result of many people who add everyday value to my life. I strive to always live our motto, Together, Building People.

Finding a Home with 4Life

Most of you know that we are serving a mission for our church in Milan, Italy. A big part of our assignment has been to start a center where young single adults can come to socialize and find inspiration. It has been a wonderful experience for us and we have met some great young people. Recently, a young man came to our center. He is studying with an extension program for his university in Miami, Florida. He doesn't speak Italian and felt pretty homesick at first. He became fast friends with the young people at the center, including Italians, Peruvians, Americans, Hungarians, Brazilians, and more. He said that he really felt at home.

It was a good reminder that all of us need to feel like we belong to a family. We all need a support group. It also reminded us that this kind of friendship can extend beyond cultures and language barriers. As 4Life leaders, you bring people and cultures together. You help provide a safe and secure environment in uncertain times through the 4Life opportunity. You help "homesick" people find a home with 4Life. Even more than that, we think it's wonderful that so many distributors have gone one step further, creating a family atmosphere within their 4Life organizations. We truly do think of the people who make up the worldwide 4Life distributor force as a family. Even though our numbers grow with each passing month and year, we continue to be bound by the science of 4Life products, the success achieved by 4Life distributors, and the service each of you provides on a daily basis for others.

New Gold International Diamonds: Salim Raghavan and Noor Azlina

We are so pleased that Salim Raghavan and Noor Azlina of Singapore recently achieved the Gold International Diamond level. An engineer who resigned his job to build a 4Life business, Salim and his wife have great people skills that help them connect with people from all walks of life. We know that they care deeply about the members of their team and work to motivate them in building their own businesses.

My whole journey with 4Life began with a simple brochure that was given to me. I thought to myself, "How much can this little brochure do?" After looking through the brochure and talking to Platinum International Diamond Sadik Din, I was impressed with the potential that 4Life Transfer Factor^® products could have to fulfill my dream of helping people to achieve health and wealth. At that point in time, I learned that one of my friends needed health support. So, I introduced 4Life Transfer Factor to him. The wonderful results he experienced gave me double confidence in this business.

Different people have different ways of approaching people about 4Life. For me, I always talk about network marketing, 4Life, and today's economy. From there, people are able to see and compare their current life with their dream life. I truly believe that 4Life is the best way to achieve financial freedom and good health. However, there are no shortcuts in this business. You have to be patient, hardworking, and willing to follow the system of successful people.

Life wasn't easy before we started with 4Life. In just five years, I have been able to build a new beautiful home, purchase my dream car, and take my wife on vacations. Knowing that we have become Gold International Diamonds is like a dream come true. No words can fully describe the feeling. The sacrifices and hard work have proved worth it. This is not the stopping point, but a new motivation to push harder to the next level of Platinum International Diamond. In Memoriam: International Diamond Carmou Molarski

We were saddened to hear about the recent passing of 4Life International Diamond Carmou Molarski of Texas. Our hearts go out to her family, friends, and 4Life group at this time.

Carmou Molarski was born on July 17, 1951, in Durango, Mexico. When she was a teenager, Carmou's parents moved their family to Texas to give their children the opportunity to learn English. Carmou met and married the love of her life, Luther Molarski, in El Paso. They farmed together, owned and operated an archery store, and eventually started a plumbing business. Carmou's friends said when she needed plumbing done at her home, she often did it herself! Carmou also graduated from beauty college and eventually opened her own shop near her home. Carmou was a worker!

Carmou joined 4Life as a distributor nearly ten years ago. As in everything she ever decided to do, Carmou worked hard, built her business faithfully, and eventually achieved the International Diamond rank. She was deeply loved and respected by all who knew her.

We loved reading these touching words about Carmou from her fellow 4Life distributors. 4Life distributor Jacque Cook from Texas said, "Carmou was the most beautiful, caring, and loving best friend. I loved her dearly. She was always thinking of everyone she cared about and was always there if you needed her. We have had a great ride together. We worked together, played together, and traveled together, even going to several 4Life conventions. We have always been there for each other through thick and thin, good times and bad times. I'm going to miss her terribly. She was the closest friend I ever had."

International Diamond Bonnie Hornsby from South Carolina expressed similar sentiments about her good friend Carmou. She said, "When I look back on the years I knew her, I think of what a beautiful lady she was both inside and out. She fought for what she believed in and would not give up. I admired her so very much. She was my business partner and my confidant, but mostly my friend. Her life was not easy but she always had a smile on her face when I was with her. I know she's in a better place now and so happy to be with Luther again. My life has been blessed to have had Carmou in it. I can't believe she is gone."

Our very own Vice President of Field Development Mark Petersen also had some wonderful things to say about Carmou. "Carmou was amazing to watch and be around. She had amazing strength cloaked in never-ending kindness. For years she has set the standard of bridging the gap between English and Spanish-speaking distributors in West Texas and Northeast Mexico. We will all miss her!"

New Gold International Diamonds: Rasid Kamisan and Hasrunita

We are so excited to welcome Rasid Kamisan and Hasrunita of Malaysia to our Gold International Diamond group. Rasid and Hasrunita are great leaders who care deeply for their downline distributors. This couple travels extensively to assist their leaders, and they are well-respected by all who know them. Rasid and Hasrunita have a vision for their group and they work with each leader to achieve it.

I strongly believe in the power that network marketing has to help people create success for themselves. I feel there is no other platform out there that can provide such an extraordinary opportunity for people to live better lives. Before 4Life, I knew that network marketing was the answer for me and my family, but I hadn't found the right company yet.
