In July 2013, we participated in a seminar taught by Platinum International Diamond Dr. Jase Khyeam. That's the first time we heard about 4Life. My family members and I began taking 4Life products, and I recommended them to patients at my Oriental medicine clinic. Our daughter experienced great health support after taking 4Life Transfer Factor® products.* We finally decided to build a 4Life business to obtain financial security and spend more time together.
My favorite 4Life experience was the Great Escape trip in Cebu, Philippines. It was the first time we traveled abroad with our whole family. And because of our 4Life success, our family travels together once or twice a year. We've truly realized the importance of family. We dream, make plans, and reach our goals!

New 4Life® Manufacturing Facility
We are thrilled about the brand-new 4Life Manufacturing Facility! A few weeks ago, 4Life executives and general managers from around the world gathered for a ribbon-cutting ceremony at the new building in Vineyard, Utah, about 20 minutes south of 4Life Global Headquarters.
We are so excited about what this means for the future of 4Life science. As an industry leader in the science of supplementation, this facility will guarantee quality and customer satisfaction for years to come. Thank you for all you have done for 4Life to help make this dream a reality!

#4LifeServiceMonth
The second annual #4LifeServiceMonth was fantastic! It's wonderful to see distributors working together to provide loving acts of service for people in need. In Ecuador, 4Life® distributors and staff members recently participated in a service activity to provide support for at-risk and neglected children. Gold International Diamond Esthela Carpio Rodas said, "I feel very grateful to be here with so many wonderful and caring leaders. It is a privilege to serve these children."
In Taiwan, 4Life distributors and office employees held a books and shoes donation event sponsored by Foundation 4Life® for students at the Yujing Elementary School in Tainan City, Taiwan. During the past two and a half years, Foundation 4Life has donated more than 100 pairs of shoes. This year, 200 books were also donated to encourage reading the importance of education for a bright future.
We're especially excited about the service efforts of International Diamond Janice Skeen and her ATEAM group in Ohio, USA. They have always made service a big part of their team mentality. Ten years ago, they worked together to provide Christmas gifts for a family in desperate need after the mother passed away. A few weeks later, 4Life distributor Kimberly Fabry met one of the children, and Kimberly realized how much her small gift had meant to the child. Kimberly said, "Words can't express the feeling I had in my heart as I recognized the true meaning of giving and receiving."
ATEAM members regularly pack snack bags for kids at Barberton Elementary West, and they recently worked together to provide warm coats for the kids. Kimberly said, "I know this service project will help many people in need. My heart grows in love and humility every time we can help others."

Product Q&A with David Lisonbee
Ideas are most often born out of prevailing health needs in the marketplace. I also often get ideas from my ongoing research about transfer factors and other promising nutrients.
What is your favorite aspect of the new product creation process?
I love watching the entire research and development process unfold. It's satisfying to see a product progress from mere research and data into something that we can put into people's hands to help changes their lives.
What is the most challenging aspect of the product development process?
It can be very challenging to navigate the regulations for different countries. Thankfully, we have a great team led by Chief Operating Officer Danny Lee and Vice President of International Product Registration Catherine Larsen. They work tirelessly to ensure that we can get products approved in as many countries as possible.
How are new products named?
It sometimes resembles the process of naming a new baby. You might not know the perfect name until the "baby" has arrived! In all seriousness, naming 4Life® products is a collaborative process. We like to have a name that reflects a key ingredient or benefit of the product itself. Often, we solicit the help of different departments to ensure we come up with the best name possible—and hopefully one that will be easily understood in other languages.
For example, I love the story behind 4Life Transfer Factor® RioVida® Tri-Factor® Formula. RioVida was born out of my research in Brazil and the amazing properties of the açaí berry. The name "RioVida" means "river of life" in Portuguese and reflects the bounteous benefits of the berries in the formula.
I hope you feel great pride in the quality of products you share with people throughout the world. Every 4Life product goes through hundreds of hours of research and testing to ensure you get the best every time.

Back-to-School Time
In the United States and countries throughout the world, kids are heading back to school. Unfortunately, many children don't have backpacks or school supplies to successfully start a new school year. That's where Foundation 4Life® and 4Life® distributors come in! Our back-to-school program provides kids with the tools they need to start the school year off well and stay on a path to success.

Spotlight on Gold International Diamonds Wendy & Samuel Young
Congratulations to new Gold International Diamonds Wendy and Samuel Young from California, USA! Wendy overcame her initial shyness to create a thriving 4Life® business. It's wonderful to see people conquer challenges to achieve their dreams.
Seven years ago, I was desperate to promote my health. Finding 4Life that year felt like a miracle. After 4Life products provided powerful health support for me, I realized I could achieve success with this company and help other people like me.*
Before 4Life, I worked as a real estate agent. The job was difficult and required that I travel and attend many meetings. Now, I run my 4Life business from the comfort of my own home. I am infinitely grateful for that. In the beginning, the biggest obstacle I had to overcome was approaching people about 4Life. I was a little shy and unsure of how to best introduce the product line.
I overcame my shyness through practice, practice, practice! I realized I had nothing to lose. I simply had to keep moving forward. Achieving success with 4Life is about never giving up and staying committed.
My motivation in building my 4Life business is to help others. There are so many people that need our help. These last few years with 4Life have opened my eyes to how much I can do for others. Before joining 4Life®, I worked at five different jobs to make ends meet. It was not easy. 4Life's outstanding products and profitable compensation plan caught my attention when I was in desperate need of health support. Congratulations to new Gold International Diamonds Gustavo Adolfo Moreira and Flor De Liz Hidalgo from Costa Rica, our first Gold International Diamonds in that country! Because of the success they have achieved, Gustavo and Flor De Liz are now full-time parents to their children. That's wonderful!
We decided to join 4Life® because we were struggling financially. We both had good jobs in the health field. However, we wanted to find an alternative that would allow us to be full-time parents. Our family is the most important thing in the world to us.
Because of 4Life, our biggest dream has become a reality. We can spend quality time with our children, family members, and loved ones. We quit our jobs, which not many people can afford to do. We make our own decisions, and we don't have a boss. We drive brand-new cars. We have traveled to 13 different countries. And we've made loving and supportive friends all over the world.
We've built our business based on solid relationships with our leaders and downline team members. Our great friend Platinum International Diamond Dr. Herminio Nevárez always guides us, and the International Networkers Team offers great support to us.
We share the 4Life message through our lifestyle. We tell people that life is short and they need to make their dreams come true. It's so motivating to watch other people change their lives with the support and knowledge we give them. We are excited to leave our legacy for the future.

Before I learned about 4Life, I had a negative perception about network marketing. However, I read a book about the industry and got reliable information about 4Life Transfer Factor® from employees at Global Headquarters. Five years later, I joined 4Life and began building my business.
I gradually came to trust in 4Life and the power of 4Life products, especially after my wife experienced great health support. I was also deeply moved by the leadership and service examples of Platinum International Diamonds Dr. Jase and Dr. Jinsun Khyeam and Gold International Diamonds Grace Chun and Lee Sun Woo.
I am always inspired when I attend 4Life lectures and business seminars. Making attendance a priority has motivated me to build my business on a much larger scale. I have focused on developing key leaders within my organization. I am especially dedicated to helping my business partners reach the International Diamond rank.
I believe that leaders should always remain humble, and offer real support to their team members. Leaders don't push their opinions on others, but rather, set a good example and stay considerate of differing circumstances.

Congratulations to new Gold International Diamonds Ridwan Sadik and Nur Atiqah Suhaimi from Singapore! We love that their attendance at a 4Life® convention helped them set in motion their plan to achieve success. Well done!
Before 4Life, I had various jobs, but they were never enough to pay for the high costs of living in Singapore. I also wanted to travel outside of my country. After seeing the success of my parents, Platinum International Diamonds Sadik Din and Hasnimah, my aunt, Platinum International Diamond Sheri Din, and my uncle, Gold International Diamond Akram Din, I decided to actively build a 4Life business.
I attended Convention 2012: Passport to Freedom—my first international convention—as a Presidential Diamond. I was blown away as I witnessed the sincerity of Founders David and Bianca Lisonbee and the rest of the executive team. After hearing success stories from all over the world, I went home feeling more determined than ever to accomplish my goals. When I went to Convention 2015: Bring Dreams Home, I was a brand-new Gold International Diamond!
I travel all over the world as I build my business. I get to be with my family because they're building 4Life businesses as well. The best part is the immense satisfaction I feel when I support charities and help others succeed. And I love watching my leaders achieve the same success I have accomplished. I would be very happy if they achieved an ever greater level of success!
I believe that a leader coaches others without pushing. He instills enthusiasm—not fear—in his team members. A leader shows others how to accomplish tasks, helps them grow and develop, and gives credit to others instead of taking it for himself. Nothing beats personally meeting with team members and showing them how it's done!
